Dude, dogs rock. I love my cats, but I do look forward to the distant day when I can get a dog. I really think Vagabond is right around the perfect size for a dog. Maybe a tad smaller would be cool. But, obviously, I'll pick from whoever is at the pound on that fateful day.
Nick, next time you visit...we'll have a real home with a yard so you and Bondo can go play. You'll need to bring Kat as well. Bondo has lots of energy since he's lost his running partner.
What kind of dog do you want...and you really need to make sure Sarah's on-board and then there are the cats to consider...

And Pete's wife might love a puppy, but they might have to consult city zoning laws regarding setting up a zoo in a residential neighborhood before getting another pet. ;) Who loves ya, baby?
I definitely think Nick and Sarah should get a dog so I can love him, and hug him, and squeeze him, and call him...well, whatever name they pick out. Then, when precious pup barfs on the floor, I'll high-tail it out of there. :)
3 cats and 1 dog? Not sure what the exact limits are, but I'm quite certain that that's well within the legal limit.
